ISOTONIC POWER is an isotonic energy drink mix effort. The formula was developed from a complex carbohydrate (dextrose, maltodextrin, fructose), enriched with vitamins, guarana and a complex anti-cramps!

To be taken during and after exercise, drink ISOTONIC POWER is essential, providing both a supply of energy, hydration, remineralization, glycogen replenishment and protection against cramps.
Directions: Dilute 40 g (2.5 scoops) in 500 ml of water (or 3 if room temperature <25 ° C, and 4 if <10 ° C). Stir until completely dissolved, then drink during exercise in small sips every 10-15 minutes (at about 500 ml per hour of exercise) and 500 ml immediately after the end of the race.
