RECUP MAX is a recovery drink antioxidant alkaline pH (acidity anti muscle). Its comprehensive complex based maltodextrins, BCAA, Glutamine, Arginine, Magnesium and Antioxidants optimizes the replenishment of glycogen after exercise and limits aging and fatigue.

RECUP MAX contains:
• Carbohydrates (maltodextrin, dextrose and fructose)
Without rapid injection of glucose, the entire recovery phase of the athlete who is penalized for the best glycogen synthesis takes place within 30 minutes after cessation of exercise.
• The milk protein rich in BCAA's and Glutamine
The combination of carbohydrates and protein helps to replenish glycogen stores but also to repair micro-damage that occur in muscle fibers during exercise to limit the risk of injury. It's valuable contribution in protein, glutamine and BCAA that integrates the essential amino acids at the end of the effort to effectively repair the muscle fibers & speed up recovery.
• Arginine
It enables the elimination of accumulated toxins in the muscle, during exercise, while optimizing the supply of nutrients to it.
• Extracts of prickly pear
Free radicals are produced in excess during physical exertion, which increases fatigue and muscle damage to structures, cellular and ultimately produces premature aging. The prickly pear extract is naturally rich in béralaïne and indicaxanthin, major assets that preserve the body cells and increase plasma concentrations of antioxidant vitamins such as vitamins E and C! And consumption of this fruit extract increases by more than 50% the antioxidant capacity of cells (1).
• carbonates and citrates minerals
During exercise, the lactic acid increases and significantly delays the recovery may cause beyond fatigue, cramps, muscle pain, musculoskeletal disorders ... Directions for use:
Dilute 40 g (2.5 scoops) in 500 ml of water. Stir until completely dissolved, then drink in small sips as soon as possible after the end of the effort.
