Cartilage is the essential part of the joint. It protects the ends of bones and helps them glide painlessly. A study published in 2003 shows that much of the damage due to wear can be solved by consuming glucosamine chondroitin and the two substances in certain cartilage fish needed to rebuild cartilage and tendons. Composed of Glucosamine and Chondroitin, Artrosamine® of Scientec Nutrition improves flexibility, strength and joint and tendon repair.
 

Directions: 4 capsules per day preferably 2 morning and 2 in the evening before the meal with a glass of water or follow the recommendations of a health professional.

Recommendations: In course of two months, renewable. More particularly for long events, hardpack, sports with twisting or for more than 45 years.
